Default birel Kart identification-help

I got this in with a truckload of karts and parts, kart looks high end, it came in disassembled packed and boxed with 2 parilla 125cc motors one leopard (liquid)and one sudam (air), there is a radiator in the lot and the frame has mounts for it there is also another 2 single bolt mounts under the radiator location, kart is silver with lots of gold and blue aniodized parts big 50mm rear axle big back brakes, no front brakes, the kart is stamped BIREL-SUDAM on the floor pan under steering shaft, front removable crossbar reads CBA-JH81-D009/03 BIREL-SUDAM. rear removable crossbar reads CBA-PH26-010/03 BIREL-SUDAM. REAR ID TAG on permanent crossbar reads CBA-R31-002/03. 2333-04 BIREL-SUDAM. also came with two sets of what appear to be KC wheels mag type, two tone aniodized blue and machined aluminum, I have not been able to find similar wheels anywhere, so when and with what motor was this kart made?and are these wheels rare. e-me for pics if needed. Thanks, Jeff. Hull MA USA.

This is the best resource for locating and deciphering chassis information.

The chassis is an R31 design. Post photos up if you get a chance and maybe we can tell you the year.
