What's the best current Birel kart for a Clone GX200 Sprint application? RY30? I weigh 140 lbs. and it would be a plus if I could also use it for TAG Senior in the future. Is there frame and seat clearance for a clone on a RY30? Does Birel make an engine mount for it or would I have to go with one of those Burris jackshaft setups?

Yes the Birel RY30 would be your best chassis for this application. Depending on the track and tires rule you could also use the Birel AM29. Your clone will bolt right on the R30 with any standard 4cyl angled engine mount. No extra parts would be needed.
We run 100's of 4cyl Honda engines on Birel Chassis in Canada Thanks For You Intrest Jake Collison |

In addition to Jake's suggestion, between the R30 and AM29, the R-series kart would be a better choice if you are upgrading to a TaG engine at a later date.
The standard mount would work for both applications as well.
